Kristi Lynn Kelley is a Dallas–Fort Worth–based professional with a unique blend of artistic, educational, and business expertise. With a BFA in Theatre, Meisner teaching certification, and years of experience directing and developing talent, she brings creativity and depth to every project. As co-founder of Synaptic Strategies, she helps organizations harness neuroscience and emotional intelligence to build healthier, more connected workplaces. Currently pursuing her MBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the University of North Texas, Kristi integrates her background in learning and development with her passion for culture and leadership to drive meaningful change.
